Please read these terms of use carefully before using th18's services. By registering for or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the th18 platform available at th18.bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the th18 management ("Platform").
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those updated terms.
This platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older and are located in Malaysia. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Account Creation & User Security
To access the full features of the th18 platform, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that takes place through your account, whether with or without your knowledge, is your responsibility. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Th18 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time for security and compliance purposes. Users who fail to provide the required information may face temporary restrictions or account closure.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the th18 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Attempting to attack, hack, or disrupt platform systems
- Using unauthorised automated software or scripts
- Sharing account access with third parties
- Registering using another person's information or a false identity
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through coordination with other accounts
The platform reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of its rules and take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any balances linked to fraudulent activity.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malware that could compromise account safety.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the th18 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved payment methods including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed in the platform's payment section.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Withdrawals are subject to standard security checks and may take up to 3–5 business days depending on the withdrawal method and current request volume.
Th18 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. Failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect information may result in delays or administrative charges.
All winnings and transactions are subject to security and compliance checks. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation.

Users access third-party links at their own risk, and the platform accepts no responsibility for any content or losses arising therefrom.
Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Th18 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any security reasons deemed necessary. Any balance in an account closed due to a breach will be subject to investigation, and the platform's decision shall be final.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days once all pending transactions have been settled.
Changes to These Terms
Th18 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via a notice on the platform or by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
